1% Richest… Be in that Group.. Go Level by Level.

There can be many goals you have set to increase your net worth. How about becoming the 1% of the richest population pool of the country you live in. Let’s take it Level by Level. I live in India and my study will be focused from here.      India is a developing nation, which means it is still poor. With lots of mouth to feed becoming rich here is tough for the general population, but easy for the salaried tax paying population. If you net worth is 45 Lakh rupees, then you are one among the 1.38 Crore of the wealthiest Indians in India.      Once this is achieved, your could have the goal to move to the 1% richest of China. If you have a net worth of 6.33 Crore rupees, Then you are one amount the 1.40 Crore of the wealthiest Chinese in China. This seems difficult. But can be achieved over a period of good investing.      In case you have crossed the Chinese level. Then you could think of moving to Japan’s 1% richest. If you have a net worth of 11 Crore rupees, you are one am

I am a believer of Crypto currency and Blockchain technology and this is going to be the future of many things to happen. If you do not believe in Crypto, I request you not to spend your time reading below points and leave immediately. There are many cryptos, but I believe the below 3 Cryptos will give a very good value in Future. Bitcoin – This technology has the ability to conduct financial transactions without any Banks, the transactions can be done with any part of the world seamlessly and stored and confirmed via Blockchain. Imagine a product which can replace the banks? That’s the potential of Bitcoin. I request you to spend sometime on YouTube and understand what Bitcoin is. The main caveat is the supply is curtailed to 21 million Bitcoins. This is the mother of all coins. Personally I cant put a value to Bitcoin. Founder : Satoshi Nakamoto (Anonymous) Ethereum – This technology has the ability to conduct smart contracts. Imagine that a company can give an activity t

Imagine, you have just landed your first job. Next you want to enter the stock market. Where do you go. Most go to Twitter, YouTube, Business newspapers, Business channels, WhatsApp / Telegram groups etc. Most picks from these sources are bound to fail. Another way is to go and buy stocks of companies whose product we use. Like for example. If you own a a Maruti or Tata car. Go and buy that stock. The next is to talk to close fellow investor friends, who are also still learning. In all the above ways, the probability of making mistakes are more. Apart from this some also see IPO reviews and start investing in so called good IPOs. Chance of getting an allotment is pure luck and the same luck should be there for the IPO stock to go up too.    In the current scenario, we know about the stock movement only after it is moved. (either up or down). As a common man, we cannot predict the moves and invest with much success. For beginners

The Elixir – The Universal Raw material

Let me ask you a question. What according to you is the most precious commodity you have. May be stocks? Bitcoin? Gold? Diamonds? Yes they are precious but there is a more precious thing which we sell to others at a price and even freely. Elon Musk, Jeff Bezoz, Mukesh Ambani and every human has it. Yes you are getting it. It’s coming out of your mouth. Yes.. It is your TIME. You may be doing anything. Building a software, Watching TV or YouTube shorts, Playing, Meditating, Travelling. In short you may be making gold from waste or waste from gold, but to do whatever we want, we need the universal raw material. Which is TIME. If you are employed, then you are mostly working in an organization at a particular hierarchy. Then for sure there are some above you, even if there are no one below you. Over time and generations this hierarchy above you has mastered the art of stealing the most precious raw material. It could be paying less than its value or it could be paying nothing in retur

Can a average white collared employee in an Indian city become a US millionaire before he retires?

Let's find out. As of today, since USD is the global currency, let's consider in $ terms. Let's consider a million dollars as a global standard of being rich.  As of today (20.06.2021) a single USD is ₹ 74.14 (Indian Rupees). So a 1,000,000 USD is 7,41,44,100 ₹ (7 Crore Forty-one Lakh Forty-four thousand one hundred only).  A Fresh out of college, with a white collared job secured from a campus placement, would be about 5 lakhs ₹. Let's assume that he stays in that company and that company gives 10% increment every year and he gets a promotion every 4 years and his salary increases 15% on that year alone. (This is highly unlikely) but we can average out the rise due to change in company and some foreign opportunities, bonuses, etc. He would have earned about ₹ 30,82,91,191 (Thirty Crores). Let's assume a tax of 25% flat. So he would be left with ₹ 23,12,18,393.4 (Twenty Three Crores). If we assume he saves about 32% of his post-tax income it would be about ₹ 7,39,89

Saw this Fantastic Movie. Soodhu Kavvum (Tamil Movie). Its an Interactive comedy movie. It was sure one of its kind movie. My rating for this movie is a complete 5/5*. No where it is boring. Even songs are shot differently.  Some Points to share.  1) Uniqueness of every character is clearly shown. Yes Every character is differently etched.  2) An Interactive screen play. Many a times you would be talking with the screen during the film. (A first experience for me).  3) Unique placement of songs. The Music Director had to work cant use the tunes he already had. The music is good and the BGM new and enjoyable :) 4) All the character have played superbly. My Favorite is Vijay Sethupathu (Das) and the mute inspector Bramma. 5) Very Practical 5 rules for Kidnapping ;) 6) Many places I was made aware that even with limited resource of course unlimited brain one can achieve the desired thing. (I may not have explained it completely but when you watch the movie you will understand). 7) Di

Kumki - The Elephant which is used to drive away rouge forest elephants. This movie also does not drive its audience away from the theater.  After hearing a lot of positive reviews went to watch Kumki today. Story simple. But felt the movie is very long in the second half. Songs were good but were too many. Cinematography was good but was overly done in some scenes. Totally a scenic green movie. Al-thought the movie had a sad ending but that did not make me think about the movie after it ended. Well deserved 2.5/5 and a very lenient 3/5. The lead pair were worth a watch. The actor Vikram is actor Prabhu's Son and Sivaji's Grandson. But does not resemble them at all. I feel he will chart a new path which these veterans have not traveled.  The movie also has good comedy from the fresh Thambi Ramaiah.
